Beijing, January 23 – Chinese President Xi Jinping, also General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC), extended warm congratulations to To Lam, the newly elected General Secretary of Vietnam’s Communist Party (CPV), in a message sent on Friday.
In his congratulatory letter, Xi highlighted the remarkable strides made by the CPV since its 13th National Congress.
