The United States is currently examining the visas of more than 55 million foreign nationals, a move aimed at enforcing immigration laws. The State Department has confirmed the review, highlighting its intention to cancel visas for individuals who have violated immigration rules. The ongoing assessment is a component of broader efforts to strengthen visa compliance.

As part of this process, all U.S. visa holders are subject to continuous monitoring. Those found to be in violation of the terms of their visas may have their visas revoked and face deportation.

Visa holders can become ineligible if they remain in the U.S. beyond their permitted time, pose risks to public safety, participate in criminal or terrorist activities, or provide support to terrorist organizations.
