South Carolina’s Edgefield County police discovered 60-year-old Joseph McKinnon unresponsive within the backyard of his house in Trenton the city on Saturday. Whilst investigating his dying, a 2nd frame used to be discovered buried in a freshly dug pit. This used to be the corpse of his live-in spouse Patricia Dent, 65.
Police stated Dent had “died through foul play”. After accumulating proof and witness testimonies, a timeline of the crime used to be constructed, which led investigators to imagine that McKinnon attacked and strangled Dent of their house.
He then dug a trench within the backyard, wrapped Dent’s frame in plastic trash baggage and tossed it within the pit. A co-worker had known as Briggs after Dent failed to show up for paintings.
A nervous Briggs dialled 911 and informed law enforcement officials about her sister, who had apparently vanished. Police then dug up the pit in McKinnon’s backyard and located Dent’s certain and wrapped frame in it.
Briggs stated she used to be devastated through the lack of her dual sister. “I did not see any of that coming. Everyone who ever met her appreciated her. She used to be simply filled with power… a large a part of me is long gone, and now I’ll must stay with that,” she informed journalists.
