According to Iranian commander Mohsen Rezaei, Pakistan has vowed to retaliate with nuclear weapons against Israel if the latter uses nuclear weapons on Iran. Rezaei, a member of the Iranian National Security Council, made these remarks on Iranian state television. Pakistan has yet to comment officially on the claim but maintains close diplomatic relations with Iran, which it considers a ‘brotherly nation.’ Rezaei further stated that Iran possesses significant capabilities, hinting at undisclosed strengths. In a separate development, former US President Donald Trump expressed his belief that a deal between Iran and Israel is on the horizon, referencing his past diplomatic achievements.
