The strike, which hit a residential building in the Darnytskyi district, caused significant damage, potentially trapping residents. Zelenskyy viewed the attacks as a response to calls for diplomacy, accusing Russia of choosing violence over negotiation. He urged for more severe sanctions against Russia, citing the failure of diplomatic attempts and demanded Russia be held accountable for the attacks and the war’s continuation.
