    Key Ministerial Appointments Confirmed in Nepal

    Three key ministerial appointments have been finalized by Nepal’s Interim Prime Minister, Sushila Karki. The recommendations were sent to the Presidential Office, Sheetal Niwas, in Kathmandu. Today, September 15, 2025, Kulman Ghising, Om Prakash Aryal, and Rameshore Khanal are expected to be sworn into their respective positions. Ghising will assume leadership of the Ministry of Energy, Urban Development, and Physical Infrastructure. Aryal will take charge of the Ministry of Law and Home, while Khanal will lead the Ministry of Finance. The decisions were made after several days of discussions, with the backing of the Gen Z coalition.
