CM Vijayan alleged that Congress and Rahul Gandhi have remained silent about CAA. He also said that Congress has not made any announcement regarding CAA in its election manifesto. CM Vijayan said that many countries including America have criticized and opposed CAA, but Congress neither clarified its stand on it nor opposed the agenda of RSS and BJP.
