The court said in its order- divorce cannot be granted on the basis of mere speculation. The husband could not prove the allegations made in his application. It seems that the husband made the allegations based only on his speculations. The inability to prove them expresses the husband’s mere desire to seek divorce.

In such a situation, the divorce petition cannot be accepted. The wife has expressed her desire to live with her husband. The court accepts this.
The court said that the husband has sought divorce based on mere speculations. The husband could not prove any of the allegations leveled by him. The husband said that while living in Manesar and Delhi, the wife did not cook food. She and the child had to eat in the mess. No proof of this was presented. The court said that efforts have to be made to save the relationship before it breaks. The husband never made any such effort. In the court also, he always spoke of separating from his wife. At the same time, the wife reiterated in the court also that she wanted to live with her husband.

The wife said – I love my husband and want to live with him. After the husband’s divorce petition, the wife filed a petition to live with her husband on 4 March 2015. In this the wife said that she loves her husband very much. Her husband, under the influence of his family members, wants to divorce her. The wife also denied all the allegations of the husband.
