Hamas would also be excluded from any role in future governance, with amnesty offered to fighters seeking peace. The plan has received positive responses from several Muslim nations, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the UAE, Qatar, Indonesia, Turkey, Pakistan, and Egypt.
