Reports suggesting that two individuals accused in the murder of Osman Hadi have successfully entered India from Bangladesh have been officially dismissed by Indian border forces. Meghalaya Police, in conjunction with the Border Security Force (BSF), has stated that there is no truth to the claims. The alleged suspects, Faisal Karim Masud and Alamgir Sheikh, were reportedly seen crossing the Haluaghat border in Bangladesh’s Mymensingh district. However, Indian authorities emphasize that their border patrol remains vigilant and that these reports are unfounded. This clear denial underscores the commitment to maintaining border integrity and countering unsubstantiated claims of illegal entry.
