In a tragic incident, a 23-year-old Ukrainian woman lost her life in a knife attack on a train in the United States. The victim, Iryna Zaruutsk, was aboard the Lynx Blue Line in Charlotte when the assault occurred. The attack was caught on surveillance footage. The perpetrator, Decarlos Brown Jr., approached Zaruutsk and stabbed her. After the attack, Zaruutsk collapsed, and was later pronounced dead.
