Xiaomi is planning to launch the Xiaomi 17 Pro and Pro Max, introducing a dual-screen design. The phones will incorporate a rear display to enhance daily use. The Xiaomi 17 Pro features a rear display with a 904 x 572 px resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 3,500 nits peak brightness. The front features a 6.3-inch LTPO display with a 1-120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 3,500 nits, protected by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, with 12GB or 16GB RAM and up to 1TB storage, and a vapor chamber for cooling. It also has a 6,300mAh battery with fast charging options. The rear camera features a 1/1.28” Light Fusion 950L sensor and Leica Summilux lens. The Pro Max features a 6.9-inch LTPO display and a 2.9-inch rear display, and the primary camera setup is the same, but with an upgraded telephoto lens. Both models are IP68-rated for water and dust resistance.
