It’s speculated that the Vivo X300 series will be among the first smartphones to utilize MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. The anticipated launch date in China is October 13, though this is not yet officially confirmed.

**Vivo X300 and X300 Pro: Detailed Specifications**

The Vivo X300 is expected to sport a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel, likely replacing the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. Interestingly, the 6.67-inch variant from previous models is being discontinued. The higher-end Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 6.78-inch display. Further details on refresh rates and brightness levels have not been released.

**Camera Features of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro**

The front camera on both the X300 and X300 Pro will be a 50MP sensor, designed for selfies and video calls. The standard model might include a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera. The X300 Pro could include a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide lens.

    **Battery and Charging Capabilities**

Both models will run on Android 15 with OriginOS 6. Although specific battery capacity details are pending, reports suggest the X300 may include a 6,000mAh battery, while the X300 Pro might have a 6,500mAh battery, both supporting 90W wired and wireless charging. In India, the X300 Pro is anticipated to be priced around ₹99,999, with the standard X300 estimated to cost approximately ₹70,000.
