Zoho has launched Vani, a new AI-integrated platform, designed to improve collaboration in the workplace. The platform is targeted at modern teams, with a particular focus on small businesses. Vani provides tools that facilitate visual learning and teamwork, allowing users to co-create mind maps, diagrams, and workflows on a limitless whiteboard. Built-in features include video calling, commenting, project timelines, database tables, and pre-designed templates. Generative AI capabilities are incorporated for content creation and summarization across various platforms. Vani is structured around the principles of Visualize, Collaborate, and Execute, aiming to translate complex discussions into easily understandable visuals. The platform’s launch follows the Ministry of Education’s adoption of the Zoho Office Suite. Key features include an infinite whiteboard for brainstorming, mind maps for planning, sticky notes and sketches, diagrams and flowcharts, DB tables for organized data, and a workflow feature for task management.
