Upcoming Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Smartphones: Features and Pricing Details

The upcoming Vivo X300 series, which includes the X300 and X300 Pro, is generating excitement. The phones are expected to launch in China in October, marking a significant release for the company. Information about the India launch is not yet finalized, but specifications and pricing have started to circulate. The X300 series is poised to be the first to incorporate MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 chipset. While the official launch date is still under wraps, the expected date for the X300 and X300 Pro in China is October 13. The X300 will have a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO BOE Q10+ panel, taking over from the Vivo X200 Pro Mini. A change from the previous model is the absence of the 6.67-inch variant. The X300 Pro will have a larger 6.78-inch display. Details on the refresh rate and brightness are still not available. The front camera on both phones will be a 50MP sensor for selfies and video calls. The standard X300 is rumored to have a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, and a Samsung JN5 ultra-wide camera. The X300 Pro will likely feature a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide shooter. Both models will run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 15. The exact battery capacities are yet to be confirmed, but the X300 may have a 6,000mAh battery and the X300 Pro a 6,500mAh battery, both with 90W wired and wireless charging capabilities. The X300 Pro is expected to be priced around ₹99,999 in India, with the X300 estimated to cost around ₹70,000.
