    The NYT Connections puzzle is a daily word game designed to enrich vocabulary by challenging players to find the relationships between words. Published by The New York Times, this game requires players to identify hidden connections among words and group them into sets of four. The game was launched on PC on June 12, 2023, during its beta phase and has quickly become the second most played game on the NYT platform. This article offers hints and solutions for today’s puzzle, encouraging players to try them out and see if they can solve it. The Connections puzzle, developed by Wyna Liu, tests vocabulary and word knowledge using 16 random words that must be sorted into unfamiliar categories. The game offers three difficulty levels. It is a fun way to improve vocabulary.

    Yellow: The words in this group relate to items used to trap or ensnare.
    Green: This group contains words associated with making or consuming tea.
    Blue: This group is comprised of words that describe hard or solid objects.
    Purple: The words in this group end with the names of keyboard keys.

    How to Play: The player’s objective is to identify the hidden connections between the words provided. Players can utilize hints if they get stuck. A new puzzle appears every day at midnight. The game is available on the NYT website or app. Players organize 16 words into four groups of four. There is only one solution to the puzzle. Each group is color-coded, with yellow as the easiest, blue and green as the middle difficulty, and purple as the hardest.
