With the iPhone 17 Series launch imminent, pricing information has been leaked before the official release of this flagship series. There’s considerable interest in learning about Apple’s upcoming series, with discussions focusing on whether the new series will be priced higher than the iPhone 16 series released last year.
A new report indicates the iPhone 17 series prices could be comparable to those of the iPhone 16 series, with one variant potentially experiencing a price increase.
In India, the iPhone 17 is projected to start around ₹79,900, while the Pro Max could be priced from ₹1,44,900. The iPhone 17 Air might be priced at ₹89,900 or slightly more. The iPhone 17 Pro could see an increase in price, potentially reaching ₹1,30,000.
JP Morgan’s latest research provides price estimates for the Apple iPhone 17 Series. The base iPhone 17 is expected to start at $799 (approximately ₹70,412), the iPhone 17 Air, which replaces the Plus model, could be priced between $899 (approximately ₹79,225) and $949 (approximately ₹83,631). The iPhone 17 Pro might see a $100 (approximately ₹8,812) price increase, potentially reaching $1099 (approximately ₹96,850). The iPhone 17 Pro Max could be priced at $1199 (approximately ₹106,553). The increase in price for the iPhone 17 Pro may be due to storage upgrades, with the company potentially eliminating the 128GB base model and starting at 256GB storage. This change would mean higher upfront costs but more storage as standard.
The iPhone 17 Air is expected to be the most talked-about model. This upcoming model is rumored to be the slimmest iPhone yet, and its design may result in a slightly higher price. Some analysts suggest the company might price it near the current Plus model to attract buyers.
