The Indian tablet market showed a decline during the first half of 2025. IDC’s figures reveal a 32.2% year-over-year decrease in tablet shipments. Despite the decline, 2.15 million units were shipped. Samsung has remained the dominant player, holding approximately 41.3% of the market share. Samsung managed to stay ahead of Lenovo and Apple. Lenovo secured the second position with 12.3% of the market, while Apple holds the third position with 11.8%. Xiaomi is positioned fourth with 11.4%, and Acer rounds out the top five with 9.1%.
