Google is heightening the anticipation for its Pixel 10 launch, and the company’s teaser video takes aim at Apple. The video’s focus is the delay in delivering promised AI features. While Apple is not specifically named, the implications of the video are very clear. The message in the video is, essentially, to question your phone choice if a promised new feature remains unreleased after a year. The closing message, “Ask more of your phone,” emphasizes the features and timely AI integration expected in the upcoming Pixel smartphones. Apple introduced its new AI technology, Apple Intelligence, at the 2024 WWDC event. However, these AI features have not been fully released to users. In addition, the new Siri version, a crucial element of Apple Intelligence, has not been included in iOS 18. There are reports that Apple may postpone the feature until 2026, leading to some criticism.

Google is making swift advancements in AI technology. Following the March release of the Gemini 2.5 Pro model, the Gemini 2.5 Flash version was launched. The new Pixel 10 series is scheduled to launch on August 20 and is expected to include the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 XL, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
