Dengue Cases Detected Among Troops Preparing Unity Day Parade in Gujarat

Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is gearing up for the grand Unity Day parade at the Statue of Unity. Among the roughly 6,000 Central Armed Police Forces and state police personnel stationed for the event, health officials have confirmed 14 soldiers as dengue positive. The municipal health department has launched a focused monitoring and prevention drive in sectors 28 and 29, where the troops are housed.
