The CMF Buds 2, a product from Nothing’s sub-brand, offers a blend of style, functionality, and affordability, as reflected in their April 2025 release. Priced at Rs 2,699 (about $60 worldwide), these earbuds provide 48 dB hybrid ANC, Dirac Opteo tuning, and up to 25 hours of battery life. The CMF Buds 2 are positioned in the mid-range within CMF’s TWS product line, falling between the budget-friendly Buds 2a and the higher-spec Buds 2 Plus. The design features a square charging case and an IP55 rating for the earbuds. Sound quality is enhanced by the 11 mm PMI drivers and Dirac Opteo tuning, delivering a bass-rich sound profile. Users can customize the audio output through the Nothing X app, using the three-band EQ, Ultra Bass 2.0, and Dirac Opteo presets. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.4, with Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair for easy pairing. Six HD microphones and Clear Voice Technology 3.0 enhance call quality. Battery life is a significant advantage, providing up to 13.5 hours per bud without ANC and a total of 55 hours with the case. With ANC enabled, the earbuds still offer 8.5 hours of listening, extending total playtime to 30 hours via the case.
