Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to lease 1.4 million square feet of office space at the 360 Business Park in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The lease agreement covers Towers 5A and 5B, with Tower 5A comprising 680,000 square feet and Tower 5B covering 720,000 square feet. The property is owned by Labzone Electronics City Private Limited. This arrangement is considered one of the most significant office deals in the city.
The lease is structured in two phases: The first phase, including the ground floor and seven upper floors, will begin on April 1, 2026. The second phase, covering floors eight to thirteen, will commence on August 1, 2026. The total lease period is 15 years.
