DCP Nagar Abhishek Bharti said that on the orders of the Police Commissioner Court, both the properties have been confiscated under the Gangster Act. According to the Additional DCP, Atiq’s illegal properties were revealed in the investigation of the Cantt Police. Atiq had got it registered in the name of someone else.
