When the daughter went missing, the victim’s family lodged a complaint at Ramanujnagar police station. On which the police registered a case of kidnapping and started investigation. During this time, the police recovered the minor from the house of accused Rishi Patel and sent the girl to Sakhi Centre. In this case, based on the statement of the girl, a crime has been registered against the accused under Section 376 and POCSO Act and he has been sent to jail.

The pickup went further and fell into a ditch more than 30 feet deep near the turn of Bahpani village of Kukdur police station area. This incident happened at around 12 noon.

13 people died on the spot due to this incident. Nine people were seriously injured. After the incident, the injured were immediately brought to Kukdoor Community Hospital. Where five more people died on the way. The remaining four people were referred from the community hospital to the district hospital after first aid, out of which one serious person died on the way.
