  • BJP MLA hits back at SP chief, says- Akhilesh Yadav should stop politics, law and order situation in UP has improved

    After the allegations leveled by Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on the BJP government, Sarojininagar BJP MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh has given a strong reply. Akhilesh Yadav had recently questioned the BJP government over the Banthra murder case and bribery cases in Ballia. In response to these allegations, BJP MLA Dr. Rajeshwar Singh took Akhilesh Yadav to task on X. Dr. Singh reminded Akhilesh Yadav of his reign and said that earlier Uttar Pradesh was known for murder and robbery, but the Yogi government has brought about a remarkable improvement in law and order.

    Dr. Rajeshwar Singh wrote on X, “There were an average of 13 murders every day during the SP government. At that time, 25,000 murders took place in 5 years and the government was run by mafias. UP was number 1 in the whole country in terms of murders.” He alleged that crime was at its peak during Akhilesh Yadav’s rule.

    Criminals got appropriate punishment in Yogi government

    Dr Singh stressed that every criminal has received appropriate punishment in the Yogi government. He said, “The negligent officers have been suspended and instructions have been given to take strict action against the criminals.” Apart from this, he expressed grief over the Sarojininagar incident and said, “The tragic death of the youth is a big loss for the Sarojininagar family.”

    Advice to stop politics

    The BJP MLA advised Akhilesh Yadav to stop playing politics and said, “You should stop playing politics over a tragic incident. My suggestion is to use your discretion and not get influenced by election-oriented leaders.”

    Strict action on negligence

    Dr Singh said that the BJP government has suspended negligent officials and taken strict action against criminals. He said, “The Yogi government has strengthened the law and order in Uttar Pradesh and punished the criminals.”

    The public problem resolution fortnight will begin from today in 184 urban bodies of the state. From 27 July to 10 August, by organizing camps in every ward, the problems of the general public will be resolved on the spot as soon as possible. Camps will be organized in the wards of 8 zones of Raipur. The camps will be organized from 10 am to 3 pm. In which problems like tap connection, ration card, national family assistance, old age pension, social security pension, birth and death certificate, building construction permits, no objection certificate, name transfer and self-employment cases can be resolved.     The meeting of the District Level Road Safety Committee Bemetara was held on Thursday, in which during the review it was found that the highest number of injured and dead persons in road accidents occurring during the period from 1 January 2024 to 15 July 2024 have been of two-wheeler drivers. In these accidents, the death/serious injury of two-wheeler drivers has occurred due to not wearing helmets. In the meeting, the Collector, expressing concern over the increasing accidents, has made it mandatory for two-wheeler drivers to wear helmets while driving under Section 129 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988.

    Importance and facilities of Mayali

    It is worth mentioning that Mayali Nature Camp is located in Charaidand Baghicha State Highway in Kunkuri block of the district. The panoramic view of Belsonga Dam and Madheshwar Mountain, considered to be the highest Shivalinga of Asia, gives tourists an opportunity to spend hours. The forest department has also arranged tents for the convenience of tourists at this place. A large number of tourists gather in these tent houses to enjoy night stay with their families at the natural place full of greenery, on the banks of the dam. There is a lot of tourist activity here, especially on weekends.

    Tourists have also been given the facility to enjoy boating in Mayali Nature Camp. For this, all the security arrangements have been made along with the guide. With the cooperation of the state government, a cactus garden is also being developed in Mayali Nature Camp.     According to the police, Indal Rawat got the land registered fraudulently in connivance with a real estate company, Raj Infra Housing Private Limited, and charged Rs 2.52 crore from the company. The company’s managing director Rajesh Pandey said that Indal Rawat contacted him in 2014 and signed an agreement to build a six-storey building on the land located in Behta Sabauli. After this, the company gave Rs 2.52 crore to Rawat, out of which Rs 49 lakh was first transferred to the account, Rs 1 crore 48 lakh was transferred for the second time, and Rs 55 lakh was given in cash.

    Fake registration and allegations

    Gomti Nagar police arrested Indal Rawat on Thursday night and questioned him for two hours. ACP Gomti Nagar Anshu Jain said that Rajesh Pandey, Managing Director of Raj Infra Housing, had filed a case against Rawat in February on the orders of the court.
