RPF Latest News: Prateek Chauhan. A few days ago, Lalluram had published a news prominently, in which it was told that in Bilaspur Railway Division, in case of chain pulling or theft of small items of a passenger, the RPF Commandant calls the staff and makes them wait for hours in his office and then deducts their salary for 1-2 days. Now to avoid this action being taken against them, the staff has found a way. The way is that those who have not done chain pulling are threatened to register a false case against them and they are asked to confess their crime even though they have not done chain pulling. This is the viral audio

An audio is going viral on social media. On this audio, Janjgir-Champa RPF post has prepared a confidential report and sent it to the officials. Sources claim that the RPF constable who is threatening the illegal vendor for a case in this audio is allegedly from Champa. The name of the staff whose voice is heard by the RPF in the said audio is being said to be SK Sahu. However, Lalluram.com does not confirm this audio. It is a matter for RPF to take out the call details and investigate from which number the call was made to the said illegal vendor and whose voice is this. (RPF Latest News)

What the RPF staff is saying in the viral audio is that a girl has run away after chain pulling and the train has been delayed by 5 minutes. That is why the officers have said that a fine has to be taken from someone for one case. In the audio, the RPF staff is asking for complete information from the vendor and is threatening to register a case. The staff is also threatening to make him talk to the OC and is saying that if he goes there, the sir will register another case as well. (RPF Latest News)

Now the question is why Champa RPF is threatening to register a false case against the illegal vendor who did not even pull the chain? It is a matter of investigation whether there are more such cases here which are registered to save one’s job?

Now after this audio went viral, RPF is talking about investigation.

  • CG teacher posting scam: So will every teacher have to give a statement in 40 seconds?

Purushottam Patra, Gariaband. The divisional joint director has summoned 543 teachers of Raipur division who got their postings revised to get the desired position by flouting the rules after promotion. These teachers will record their statements on 23 and 24 September, but before that the process of recording statements is being questioned because an order has been issued to record the statements of 55 teachers every hour. This means that each teacher will get only 40 seconds to record his statement, which raises questions on the seriousness of the departmental inquiry.

Let us tell you that a year ago, more than 1500 assistant teachers of the division were promoted to the post of Teacher LB and were appointed in new schools. But 543 of these teachers got different orders issued in connivance with the officials of the divisional joint director’s office. The then Joint Director K Kumar was accused of issuing these orders by making financial transactions. In this case, the government suspended K Kumar and 7 other officers of his team – CS Dhruv, RK Verma, DS Dhruv, Shail Sinha, Usha Kiran Khalko, Sanjay Goswami and SK Gendle in September 2023.

It is worth noting that the departmental investigation of this case is still going on. Now under this investigation, 543 teachers have been called to the divisional joint director’s office located at BTI ground in Raipur to record their statements. Teachers of Raipur, Mahasamund, Dhamtari districts including 130 teachers of Gariaband have been informed about this through the DEO.

How will the statement be recorded in 40 seconds?

As serious as this case, which has brought a bad name to the education department, is, questions are being raised on the speed of its investigation and the manner of recording statements. According to the order issued, witnesses numbered 1 to 275 will record their statements on September 23, while the remaining 268 witnesses will record their statements on September 24. The time for recording statements has been fixed from 11 am to 4 pm, there will be a lunch break in between from 2 to 3 pm. Statements of 55 witnesses will be recorded every hour, due to which only 40 seconds will be available for each witness.

Needy school teachers were deprived due to fraud

Counseling was done along with promotion, during which teachers were posted in vacant schools on the basis of requirement. But JD ignored the rules and issued amendment orders many times, due to which needy schools were left without teachers. No concrete reason was given for the amendment order, rather financial transactions were the main reason behind it. For this, liaison officers were appointed in the office. News of extortion and sharing of more than 2 crores also came to light in the case, after which the government took action.

Assistant Director of Education Division Raipur, Ajit Singh Jat said that “Statements of witnesses are being taken for departmental inquiry of suspended officers in the case of irregularities in posting after promotion. One hour is allotted for 55 witnesses, in which they will be given a copy of the points of pre-determined questions by the inquiry committee, in which they will submit their written answers within the given time.”
