Raipur. A discussion program on the topic “Evolving as a Power Women” was organized at Anjaneya University on Wednesday. On this occasion, a panel of women who have made their mark in the name of work across the state in the form of women empowerment were present in the program. Panelist Meenakshi Tuteja (Entrepreneur Meenakshi Group of Companies) said that self-employment makes women owners of their own businesses, which gives them a sense of self-reliance. They make their created business successful on the basis of their skills and talent. There their status in the society improves. Their economic independence and active participation leads to progress towards equality and development in the society.
Panelist Hemlata N Swamy (Director, EICS Group of Companies) while sharing her experiences said that we women are the basis of positive change in the economy. Every woman has her own struggle in life, without struggle life cannot be successful. The stage of life in which you are successful will be called “successful”. In response to a question about what is women power, panelist Neha Tiwari (CEO & Co-Founder Smarto Technology) said that having wings to think is the power of a woman. Reading a lot and living one’s dreams is the strength of a woman.
Answering the question how to maintain a balance between home and work, Dr. Neeta Kanwar (Gynecologist) said that in the Indian society we live in, family is the first priority which is a good thing, hence it is our responsibility to maintain a balance between home and work. Be able to maintain harmony. Palak Nachrani (Architect), who has achieved success at a young age, said that it is better to listen to yourself rather than listening to the society, then success is yours. Sharing her experience, she said that she started her business during Covid and in the meantime there were many ups and downs in her life, but the ultimate goal of women should be to become self-reliant.
University Chancellor Abhishek Aggarwal said in his welcome address that today the whole world recognizes women power. Such programs reflect the University’s commitment to promote women empowerment, for which our University is making continuous efforts. Such programs provide an opportunity to women to understand the importance of their contribution in the society to promote their self-respect, rights and development.
