PANAJI: Utpal Parrikar, son of former Goa Leader Minister Overdue Manohar Parrikar on Saturday stated that cases compelled him to take a call of contesting as an impartial candidate from Panaji within the resulting Goa Meeting polls.
Utpal additionally stated that he’s going to attempt to meet each and every particular person in Panaji and find out about their issues.
Talking to ANI forward of the Goa Meeting elections, he stated, “I will be able to attempt to meet each and every particular person in Panaji. The cases compelled me to take this choice (of contesting an impartial candidate) from Panaji. I wish to give folks a excellent choice in applicants.”
Utpal Parrikar, son of former Goa leader minister Manohar Parrikar, filed his nomination papers from the Panaji Meeting constituency on Thursday.
Closing week, he resigned from the main club of BJP after the birthday celebration denied him a price ticket from the Panaji constituency and fielded Congress birthday celebration turncoat Atanasio “Babush” Monserrate.

In the meantime, Goa Leader Minister Pramod Sawant had stated that the central leaders of BJP have been in dialog with Utpal and had presented him two constituencies to contest the election within the upcoming Goa Meeting polls.
Goa is scheduled to visit the Meeting polls on February 14. The counting of votes will happen on March 10.
