MUMBAI: The Maharashtra legislature secretariat on Saturday issued `summons’ to 16 rise up Shiv Sena MLAs together with senior minister Eknath Shinde, in the hunt for written replies through the night time of June 27 to the court cases in the hunt for their disqualification.

The summons issued through Bhagwat on Saturday stated that Prabhu had submitted a letter to deputy speaker of the Meeting Narhari Zirwal in the hunt for their disqualification below The Contributors of Maharashtra Legislative Meeting (Disqualification on floor of Defection) Laws, 1986.
