Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that soon Uttar Pradesh will be such a state in the entire country where there will be fire stations at the tehsil level. We have given around Rs 1400 crore so far for strengthening the services of the department.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said these things in the inauguration/foundation stone laying ceremony of 38 fire stations and flag off program of 35 fire fighting vehicles organized at his official residence on Thursday to strengthen the fire protection cover. During this, CM Yogi also visited the exhibition organized by the department and got information about fire fighting equipment from the officials. Chief Minister Yogi said that in the last seven years many important steps have been taken to modernize the department. Besides, officers have been deployed in the department in a time bound manner. Its results are in front of everyone. Earlier, entrepreneurs often complained about NOC. We simplified it by making many changes. This is the reason why Uttar Pradesh’s ranking in ease of doing business has improved significantly in the last few years.

High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) has now become mandatory in almost all states. Its purpose is to increase vehicle safety and streamline the registration process. HSRP test will start soon for all vehicles in Uttar Pradesh also. Transport Commissioner has asked RTOs and SRTOs to speed up the vehicle testing process for HSRP. The biggest challenge in this is that of two-wheelers. According to reports, there are more than 2 crore two-wheelers in the state which still do not have HSRP number plates. In UP, a fine of Rs 5000 can be imposed on vehicles without HSRP.

What is HSRP?

If you have not yet known what High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) is, then today we are going to answer this question. HSRP is a plate made of aluminium. This special number plate is fitted on your vehicle with a non-usable lock. Which cannot be removed. A chromium-based blue hot-stamped hologram of the Ashok Chakra is affixed on the top left corner of the registration plate. This hologram is of 20X20 mm. There is a 10-digit laser engraved PIN (permanent identification number) in the lower left corner of this plate. The corners of this number plate will be round. HSRP is quite different from any common number plate and is easily accessible.
