When he protested, he was also beaten up. Due to which his teeth also broke. After getting information about the incident, the police admitted the old woman to the hospital for treatment.

    On March 28, an 80-year-old woman was sleeping alone in her house in a village of Bilhaur police station. At the same time, a 22-year-old neighbor entered their house under the influence of alcohol. The old woman was forcibly raped. When he protested, he was beaten up. Due to which the old woman’s tooth also broke. When the noise was raised, the accused ran away by jumping over the wall.

    After the incident the youth had fled from the spot. The police has arrested the accused youth. A case has been registered against the accused under sections 376, 325, 452 of IPC.

When the condition did not improve there too, the family took him to Gurugram, where Ramkhiladi died during treatment on Wednesday.

    Meanwhile, when 70-year-old mother Gayatri Devi got the news of her son’s demise on Wednesday, she fell unconscious in grief. The family took him to the medical college, where the doctors declared him dead. After this both of them were cremated.

  • Raju Pal Murder Case: 7 accused found guilty, CBI court pronounces verdict

    Lucknow. The CBI court has given its verdict on Friday in the murder case of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA Raju Pal. The court has declared all seven accused guilty in this case. Mafia Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, who were killed last year, were also accused of this murder. Both the brothers were also jailed in this case.

    Now the CBI court has declared Abid, Farhan, Javed, Abdul, Gul Hasan, Israr and Ranjeet guilty. The Special CBI Court of Lucknow declared the accused guilty. The punishment will be announced soon.

    It is noteworthy that Raju Pal was murdered on 25 January 2005. Recently, Umesh Pal, an eyewitness to the murder of BSP MLA Raju Pal, was killed by miscreants with bombs and bullets. During this time, Gunner Sandeep Nishad, deployed for Umesh’s security, was also killed.

    It is being told that the war between Raju Pal and Atiq Ahmed started 19 years ago in 2004. Raju had challenged Atiq’s power in the city’s western area. By-election was held on the seat vacated by Atiq becoming MP. In this by-election, Raju became MLA by defeating Atiq’s brother. After this, on January 25, 2005, Raju Pal was surrounded and shot with bullets in Dhumanganj area. Sandeep Yadav and Devi Lal also died in this attack.
