    Bhog Aarti takes place at 12 noon and Sandhya Aarti takes place at 7:30. After this, Ramlala is put to sleep at 8:30. Darshan of Ramlala can be done only till 7:30.

    Ramlala is offered food four times a day. Different dishes are served to Ramlala every day and time. These dishes are prepared in the kitchen of Ram Mandir. The morning starts with Bal Bhog.

    According to the information, Abhishek Gurjar (19), a student preparing for competitive exams by renting a room in Amheda in Ganganagar, committed suicide by hanging himself. Before dying, Abhishek sent a last message to a number. It read, “I will tell you how to die in love.” After this, he wrote a three-line suicide note, in which he talked about committing suicide of his own free will. After this, he committed suicide by making a noose on the fan with the bedsheet.

Police found a three-line suicide note written in a copy kept near the bed. Abhishek has written that I am committing suicide of my own free will. No one is at fault in this. My family or any relative should not be harassed. After writing this, Abhishek’s name is written at the end and there is a signature.

A month later, his body was recovered from his house. According to the police, the body was about 5-6 days old and had completely decomposed.

    Forest guard Lodhi Omprakash Verma was found dead in his house in Shrivastav Colony. According to Dharm Tekdi police station, a foul smell was coming from his house, and when the police went there and investigated, his body was found there. The police have registered a case and started investigating the matter. According to the police, the body was about 5 days old and had decayed badly.

    I have not received salary for 9 months

    In the application for permission to commit suicide, the deceased forest guard Lodhi Omprakash Verma has accused two divisions, including Western Forest Division Chhindwara and Forest Division Production Officer Chhindwara, of officially harassing him. In the charge sheet, he has alleged harassment by suspending him, stopping salary increment and not giving the deducted salary and time scale pay benefits during the suspension period since 2017. He has been transferred four times in the last one and a quarter years. He had not received salary for the last 9 months. The application form bears the receipt seal of the Forest Conservator’s Office dated 6 June 2024 and the Collector’s Office. A copy has also been sent to both Rural Development Ministry Prahlad Patel and Chief Conservator Chhindwara.

    Wife and children were not with him

    According to the information received from the neighbours, the forest guard had started drinking alcohol due to mental harassment. Financial problems had made his family lonely. According to the sources, Om Prakash was seen by his mother on the 8th, his children and wife were not with him for a few days. Information was received from Harrai’s Salaiya Timber Head Vikas Mishra that Lodhi Omprakash Verma was posted in the timber yard but his presence was very less because he used to keep visiting offices due to his problems.

Suspecting his wife of having an illicit relationship with a constable living in the neighbourhood, he strangled her to death while she was sleeping on her bed at midnight.   • Case of encroachment on the banks of Narmada river: Petition filed in NGT demands to make collectors of 16 districts a party

NGT has been approached once again in the matter of clearing the encroached submerged area along the Narmada river, which is called the lifeline and life-giver of Madhya Pradesh. In this case, the Citizen Consumer Guide Forum has filed a petition in the NGT. It has been said in the petition that even after the 2021 order of NGT, neither is it being followed but encroachment is increasing rapidly along the Narmada river. Through the petition, it has been said to make all the collectors a party in those 16 districts of Madhya Pradesh through which the Narmada river flows, and action has also been demanded against them.

    The issue is getting heated again

    Let us tell you that on these petitions, in 2021, the National Green Tribunal had instructed the entire administration including the Principal Secretary that the encroachment falling within a radius of 300 meters on the banks of the Narmada river and the construction work in the submerged area should not only be stopped but they should be removed with immediate effect, but even after 3 years of the NGT order, due to no action being taken on it, the matter is once again gaining momentum.

    There is a ban on any kind of construction and encroachment within a radius of 300 meters on the banks of the Narmada river in Madhya Pradesh. After this, encroachment is being seen in all the 16 districts through which the Narmada river passes. Even at many places on the banks of the Narmada river, colonies have been built within a radius of 300 meters on which neither the administration is taking any action nor is anyone keeping an eye.

    The corporation itself is promoting

    Within 100 meters of the Narmada river at Gauri Ghat in Jabalpur, the corporation has built its own 35 shops and is charging monthly rent for them. On one hand, the government is running a cleanliness drive for the Narmada river, while on the other hand, the municipal corporation officials are filling their coffers every month by running rented shops right on the river bank.
