CHANDIGARH/DEHRADUN: Former Himachal Pradesh BJP president Khimi Ram Sharma on Tuesday joined the Congress birthday party within the presence of Rajeev Shukla, birthday party in-charge for the state, in Delhi, slightly 4 months forward of the Meeting elections.
Ram has been a legislator from Kullu’s Banjar district two times and has reportedly left the birthday party as he was once denied a price ticket within the earlier state polls.
