Sandeep Kumar Pathak, a resident of Sadabad, Hathras, has lodged a grievance towards Geetanjali Shree in Kotwali. He has alleged that Gitanjali Shree’s novel ‘Rat Samadhi’ comprises objectionable references to the Hindu deities Shiva and Goddess Parvati. In a tweet, Pathak has demanded UP CM Yogi Adityanath and the DGP to transform the grievance into an FIR. Police Officer Brahm Singh mentioned that the investigation is happening. As of now, no case has been registered.
Spokesperson of Abhinandan Samiti, Rambharat Upadhyay mentioned that Geetanjali Shri is deeply harm by means of these types of incidents.
