According to the information, a joint force of DRG, Bastar Fighter (BFR) and Young Platoon (CRPF YP) of CRPF 231 had gone on a Naxal patrol search operation in the border area of ​​Naxal affected Dantewada and Sukma districts. During this time he had received information about the presence of Naxalites. Then the soldiers who were out on search in the hilly forest between Gondpalli, Parlagatta and Badepalli came face to face with the Naxalites. During the encounter, security forces killed Chandranna alias Satyam. Whose body has been recovered. According to information, Satyam was a DVC member (DVCM) of Maad Division before 2013 and was active in Jagargunda Area Committee of South Bastar Division for the last few years.

Narayanpur police arrested 3 Naxalites

In Narayanpur, the police team has arrested 3 Naxalites during an encounter in the forest of Bedmameta in Abujhmad. Police have recovered 3 loaded guns, detonators, batteries and items of daily use from these Naxalites. The three naxalites caught were active in the Kutul Area Committee. Kohkameta police station is interrogating the Naxalites in the case.

There is great enthusiasm among women about the benefits of this scheme. The process of filling a large number of applications continued on the second day i.e. on 6th February to avail the benefits of Mahtari Vandan Yojana started by Chhattisgarh Government to promote women empowerment. Under this scheme, 7 lakh 77 thousand 905 applications have been received in just two days. On Tuesday, the second day of application filling, more than 5 lakh 96 thousand women submitted applications. Till now maximum 61 thousand 994 applications have been filled in Janjgir district. Under Mahtari Vandan Yojana, 60 thousand 187 applications have been received in Mahasamund district and 56 thousand 826 applications have been received in Durg district.

As per the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, better arrangements have been made under the direction of collectors in all the districts to easily receive applications from eligible women under Mahtari Vandan Yojana and to provide them necessary guidance. To ensure that the process does not take much time, the administration has deployed employees to explain the eligibility rules and check the necessary documents. Women say that with the amount of Rs 1,000 they receive every month from the Chhattisgarh government, they will be able to meet their minor needs.
