Along with the inclusion of Indian knowledge system in the curriculum, extra-curricular activities have also been included in the curriculum. Emphasis has been laid on optimal use of technology.

They have been admitted to Raipur Mekahara with the help of toll naka employees. Both the youths who lost their lives in the accident are said to be students of RIMS, who were studying medicine.
