The victim’s family said that Rupendra Sahu, a resident of Mudhpar, was going to a relative’s house on his motorcycle with his two daughters. But the innocent 3-year-old girl died on the spot as her head came under the tyre, while the other girl was referred to the district hospital due to a severe head injury.
