    Mythical singer Lata Mangeshkar passed on to the great beyond on Sunday. Mangeshkar used to be cremated on Sunday night time at Mumbai’s Shivaji Park with complete state honours. On Monday, her nephew Adinath Mangeshkar used to be snapped wearing her ashes.

    Adinath Mangeshkar introduced again her ashes in an earthen pot lined with crimson fabric, as in step with Hindu rituals. Adinath belongs to the 3rd era of the Mangeshkar circle of relatives. He’s the son of Lata Mangeshkar’s brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar. Hridaynath lit her pyre on Sunday after the movie fraternity and the country paid wealthy tributes to the singer.

    Lata Mangeshkar used to be admitted to the ICU of Breach Sweet Sanatorium in early January. She used to be affected by Covid-19 and pneumonia. Fondly known as the ‘Nightingle of India’, she passed on to the great beyond following multi-organ failure on the age of 92.
