Sara Tendulkar, daughter of Sachin Tendulkar, one of the greatest cricketers globally, has revealed that she did not pursue a career in cricket, despite playing street cricket. Her brother, Arjun Tendulkar, is a cricketer playing domestic cricket for Goa. In an interview, Sara discussed playing cricket in her neighborhood but never envisioned it as a professional path. She reflected on her childhood memories, recalling New Year’s Eve celebrations in Sydney with the entire team, an event she holds dear. Sara also highlighted her father’s retirement match against West Indies at Wankhede Stadium as the most memorable, understanding its importance. Sara is currently representing Tourism Australia’s ‘Come and Say Gday’ campaign, serving as its face for the Indian market. The campaign features an animated kangaroo, ‘Ruby’.
