Devon Conway, the celebrated New Zealand batsman, has etched his name in the record books with his second Test double century, achieved against the West Indies in the ongoing third Test series. Conway’s patient yet aggressive innings saw him amass an impressive 227 runs from 367 balls, showcasing his exceptional batting technique with 31 boundaries. This significant milestone propelled New Zealand to a commanding position, reaching 424-4 by the interval on day two. Starting day two on a high after concluding day one at 178*, Conway continued his relentless scoring. His magnificent innings was finally halted by an LBW decision against Justin Greaves. The solid opening partnership with Tom Latham, who scored 137, was instrumental. Middle-order batsmen Rachin Ravindra and Glenn Phillips are now tasked with extending the lead.
