Djokovic defeated Taylor Fritz in their quarterfinal match, winning in four sets: 6-3, 7-5, 3-6, and 6-4. Dhoni was seen at the second men’s singles quarterfinal in New York. Hitesh Sanghvi, a businessman, shared a photo and video of Dhoni at the match on Instagram. Djokovic, despite playing a less extensive schedule, has consistently reached at least the semifinals of the four Grand Slams. His next challenge will be against Carlos Alcaraz. Djokovic holds a 5-3 lead in their head-to-head record. At 22 years old, Alcaraz has already reached nine Grand Slam semifinals.
