Hailing from Shahabad in Haryana, a nursery for women’s hockey talents, Navneet’s journey from local fields to international glory exemplifies grit and determination.
Born on August 26, 1995, Navneet discovered her passion for hockey early, nurtured by the region’s rich sporting culture. Her relentless training paid off quickly, propelling her into the national squad in 2014. Since then, she has been a fixture, blending speed, agility, and an aggressive edge that makes her a formidable forward.
Over 201 matches, Navneet has netted 62 goals, significantly boosting India’s campaign on the global stage. Her breakthrough came in 2017 with the 9th Women’s Asia Cup triumph, where her stellar performance earned her accolades as one of India’s top players.
