India will host the 2023 Global Olympic Committee’s (IOC) consultation in Mumbai after effectively bidding for it on the 139th IOC consultation. Nita Ambani, the Indian consultant at the committee, described it as ‘an important construction for the rustic’s Olympic aspirations.
India will host the consultation for the primary time since 1983. The consultation can be hosted on the cutting-edge, logo new Jio Global Conference Centre. Mumbai won a historical 99% of the votes in favour of its bid from the delegates collaborating within the procedure, with 75 participants endorsing its candidature within the consultation held in Beijing.

An IOC consultation is the once a year assembly of the participants of the IOC, comprising 101 balloting participants and 45 honorary participants. It discusses and comes to a decision at the key actions of the worldwide Olympics motion together with adoption or modification of the Olympic Constitution, the election of IOC participants and place of work bearers and election of the host town of the Olympics.
