Harbhajan Singh has voiced his disapproval of how the video of the infamous slap incident was leaked. He stated that the way the video was released was inappropriate and that it should not have happened. He believes the action was driven by self-interest. The incident, which took place 18 years ago, had largely been forgotten until its recent re-emergence. The video, showing Harbhajan Singh and Sreesanth, was from the 2008 IPL season, following a match between Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians.
