Indian weightlifter Achinta Sheuli received India’s 3rd gold and general 6th medal on the ongoing Commonwealth Video games in Birmingham.
The 20-year-old took house gold after lifting a report weight within the males’s 73kg class. Achinta, who made his debut on the Commonwealth Video games, appeared to be in his personal league as he lifted 313kgs, which was once 10kgs forward of the eventual silver medallist Erry Hidayat Muhammad from Malaysia.
