Greater Noida, February 23: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s Singapore trip kicked off with a major investment coup, as three Memorandums of Understanding worth ₹6,650 crore were inked with Universal Success Group on the very first day. These deals promise transformative projects including group housing, a logistics park, and a hyperscale data center, expected to create over 20,000 jobs for the state’s youth.
In a high-level meeting, CM Yogi highlighted UP’s policy stability, superior connectivity, robust industrial infrastructure, and rapidly expanding facilities. He assured investors of full governmental support and swift approvals at every stage, even inviting the group to Lucknow for the data center initiative.
The flagship project under the first MoU involves an international theme-based township on 100 acres near Jewar International Airport in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority area. With a ₹3,500 crore investment, this development is slated to launch by 2027, generating 12,000 jobs and elevating the Jewar airport region’s global profile.
The second venture, a logistics park on 50 acres along the Kanpur-Lucknow highway, carries a ₹650 crore tag. Set to commence in 2027, it will spawn 7,500 employment opportunities, boosting industrial momentum and export capabilities across the state.
Rounding out the trio, a hyperscale data center park on 10 acres in Noida/Greater Noida will boast 40 MW IT power capacity, backed by ₹2,500 crore investment. Targeting a 2028 rollout, it promises 1,500 jobs and positions UP as a frontrunner in India’s data center landscape.
These pacts mark a pivotal moment for UP’s economy, fueling urban growth, investment climate, and massive job creation. Government officials project strengthened economic foundations and brighter prospects for the youth as these projects materialize.
