The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is actively acquiring land from farmers within the scope of its Master Plan 2041. This initiative paves the way for the creation of new industrial and residential sectors, along with plot schemes. Farmers will receive financial compensation and a portion of land in the form of residential plots. Adhering to governmental mandates, YEIDA is prioritizing land ownership before any plot schemes are launched to guarantee timely development and prevent future disputes. Land acquisition is targeting villages within Sector-5, Sector-8, and Sector-9, plus remaining land in sectors 24A, 32, and 29. Sector-5 is earmarked for residential development, whereas sectors 8 and 9 are for industrial use. YEIDA aims to quickly introduce plot schemes in the vicinity of the Noida International Airport, complementing existing industrial parks and soon-to-be-delivered residential plots.
