A disturbing video has emerged showing MNS supporters assaulting a sweet shop owner in Mira Bhayander due to a language dispute. Kashimira police have initiated an investigation and booked seven individuals in connection with the incident. The video shows an argument escalating to physical violence, with one man initiating the assault and another, wearing an MNS party stole, repeatedly hitting the shop owner. The victim, Babulal Khimji Chaudhary, stated that the men, who had MNS insignia on their clothing, demanded that he and his staff speak Marathi. Chaudhary explained that his staff was from other states and did not speak Marathi fluently, leading to the confrontation. This incident underscores the ongoing language-related tensions in the region.
