In Dehradun, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami highlighted the value of public letters, viewing them as representations of hope and faith. He engaged with complainants and instructed officials to act on their grievances, demonstrating the government’s focus on solutions. Specific cases included irrigation issues, land encroachment, builder harassment, and road problems, with directives issued to relevant departments. Alongside these efforts, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Kalash Yatra for the Jalabhishek of Lord Surya’s idol in Kushinagar, collecting water from numerous holy rivers across India. Furthermore, the Uttarakhand government launched ‘Operation Kalanemi’ to combat individuals fraudulently posing as religious figures, protecting religious sentiments and upholding social harmony. CM Dhami emphasized that strict action would be taken against anyone found deceiving people under the guise of religion, mirroring the demon Kalanemi’s deceptive tactics in mythology.
