Prayagraj. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya reached Prayagraj on Friday to attend the Kakori centenary celebrations. Here he described the situation in Bangladesh as worrying. He said that the Indian government is focused on the situation in Bangladesh. In view of situations like Bangladesh, it is important to have a strong India. The Deputy CM has also targeted the opposition.

He said that the Indian government is making the necessary efforts at its level. He said that India will emerge as a superpower in the world with the same strength with which it is moving ahead.

Targeting the opposition, the Deputy CM said that those who cannot digest the formation of a strong, self-reliant India are trying to create obstacles in it. Regarding the Waqf Amendment Bill, Keshav Prasad Maurya said that this bill was in the interest of poor Muslims. Those who are opposing it are only doing cheap and disgusting politics of appeasement.
